Home Watching

Periodic, discreet check-ups on unoccupied homes, with documented results and trusted repairs on call.

While you’re away, we visit your home on a schedule that suits you and look after the things that quietly go wrong in an empty house.

What we check

• Major appliances — that they are working as they should.
• Pests — signs of insect or rodent activity, plus periodic checks for bats.
• Storm damage — an assessment after severe weather.

Documentation

Photo logs of every visit are available on request, so you always know the state of your property.

Discretion

We treat your home and your absence as private. Nothing about your property or schedule is shared.
